All you need is FAITH

Daily Devotional 12/08

on December 9, 2016

My life, doesn’t always reflect what I should or how I should behave! I’m a sinner. I am full of flaws and my mouth, oh my goodness, I pray daily for change. Hard. I am impatient and want my way. Thanks be to God, I have a Father that loves me and will give me grace upon grace! I repent and He forgives me! How much love is that! What more could we ask for?

“Now that we have a Savior who has freed us from the bondage of the law, we are to live by faith in Him. We no longer have to earn our righteousness. We must trust that Jesus Christ has done all the work for us on our behalf. When we doubt what Jesus has done for us, then His death was in vain. Our lives are the product of Jesus’ great sacrifice and His great love for us. Therefore, our lives, our work, and our service to Him should overflow with His great love that fills us and with gratitude for His sacrifice.”

We are FREE! Victorious

Real love – the energy of life!

Love is a real motivation! Love is what wakes us up, sets our day, and how we make it in our many relationships….

But what if we don’t have that love? We try to fill that void with whatever is going to make us “feel better.”  So, what do we do?

“You may be looking for love, but really, you’re looking for God, because He is love. Any love you gain that is disconnected from God is not really love and will leave you feeling unfulfilled. The Bible says that in Him we live, move, and have our being. That tells me that without Him, life is not complete.” – Joyce Meyer

Complete your life accordingly, come to the Father! Live through Him, embrace Him, walk with Him daily! Be in the word, recite, pray and rebuke satan on those bad days!

It’s all about HIM!

Get rich slow

“The godly alternative is not joyful poverty, but to seek to build your family’s financial strength in a godly way. You might call it a “get rich slow” strategy. Getting up and going to work each day, saving your paychecks, living small, learning to make do, patiently investing in a sound financial plan, and deferring expensive pleasures will grow your assets. Materialism is indeed a disease. But the way to avoid it is to let God teach you how to make, save, spend, and give money. It gives him pleasure to be generous with us. It also gives him pleasure to see us build financial security so that we can be generous with others.”

I think it’s pretty clear, be conscious in the knowledge that doing right is the best way. Be frugal when you can. Teach your children in this way with clear understanding that doing right and working within your financial premise…. be knowledgeable! If you have trouble financially, pray, ask for Gods guidance! He will gladly assist you! ❤️
