All you need is FAITH

Daily Devotional 12/10

πŸ™πŸ»Richly blessed, highly favored and led of the Lord!πŸ™πŸ»

“Jesus calls Matthew the tax collector to follow Him. Tax collectors were despised by the Jewish people because they worked for the Romans. They were considered outcasts. But Jesus sought him, loved him, and called him to be a disciple. Matthew invited Jesus to dine with many tax collectors and sinners. As a result of His great love, compassion, and willingness to meet them where they were, they followed Him. Pharisees objected to Jesus keeping company with sinners. Jesus’ response was simple: since He is the Healer of the soul, He must connect with those who are sick with sin.”

We are not called to ALL people like-minded, we are called to all of Gods people and those that haven’t accepted Him yet. We are called to love, unconditionally, and let NOT our eyes judge! We shouldn’t judge on what we don’t know. Looking at someone or something doesn’t mean you know much about them, just says you’re a human and looking upon someone. The Holy Spirit will fine tune you, you need only ask along your journey if you need assistance! Jesus didn’t come to just those that accepted and loved him and only! He went to everyone! No matter your sin, you’re loved by Him and he will come to you! And that’s how WE should be!

How to develop your gifts…

“1. Focus on the strengths God gave you. 2. Exercise your gift. 3. Have the courage to be different.  4. Learn to cope with criticism. God has planted greatness in you. Let today be the beginning of a great adventure as you step into the gifts He’s given you.” – Joyce Meyer

Finding ways to bring about gifts is important…. Focus on God, do the same thing over and over, you can’t fail if practice makes perfect, don’t worry if you’re not the same as everyone else, we’re not supposed to be, and finally, allow criticism. We’re not perfect, and we’re not meant to be. But we know who is and that we can come to Him anytime we really need him!

Be bold! Focus on what God has in store for you! Don’t worry about tomorrow and focus on today! πŸ™πŸ»

Balance sheet…

“The only way out of the grave is Jesus. The only things you can take with you to the next life are people. How do those two truths influence your agenda for today?”

Checks and balances….

Financial freedom, having this and that, that’s not what we are here for. Everything we have, is temporary satisfaction. We can’t take anything but people with us. So why do we fight so hard to have the “best” of everything and watch our savings, 401K, be rich, etc? Aren’t we already rich! Haven’t we hit the lottery knowing full well where our life lays each and everyday, every moment!? We have hit the mother load of goodness, and we should be thankful! In all circumstances, He (Jesus) has, will and is going to make a way for us! Paved our life…. yes we have choices, but he will always come to us in our time of need!

I much prefer knowing my eternal home is full of my loved ones, brothers and sisters. I cant find greater pleasure than that!
